The Helmway is a restaurant inside The Pell Hotel, serving elevated New England fare, from seafood, to steaks, to handhelds, and beyond. They craft dishes for hotel guests, as well as members of the general public. They host frequent events and specials to keep the dining experience fresh and enjoyable.

The Problem

The restaurant approached us when they had an upcoming series of events that highlighted their seasonal menus. The head chef and his team put countless hours of effort into crafting each seasonal menu, and they needed a way to share these menus with the public. They had a library of content highlighting their food and beverage options in the past, but none of it accurately showcased the process and dedication that it takes to source local, high quality ingredients, and turn them into innovative dishes.

The Solution

The Helmway approached us to create engaging content surrounding their “Chef’s Choice” tasting menus. We dove deep into Head Chef Will Wallbank’s culinary story, and his process of sourcing ingredients across the Ocean State. Then, these pieces were pushed out to the public through social media to create awareness of the monthly tastings, and drive traffic to the restaurant’s website to learn more about what events were happening in a given month.
