The Bayview Hotel is a modern coastal retreat in Bar Harbor offering ocean views, comfortable accommodations, and close proximity to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor.
The Problem
While the Bayview Hotel offers a scenic location and a relaxed coastal experience, its previous website wasn’t capturing attention right away. The visuals felt outdated and relied heavily on static imagery, with no video content to help immerse prospective guests in the property. Without a strong visual entry point, the website struggled to convey the atmosphere of the hotel, its amenities, or what staying there actually felt like, resulting in a missed opportunity to create excitement and emotional connection during the booking journey.
We created a cinematic website video designed to immediately draw viewers in and showcase the Bayview Hotel’s amenities, waterfront location, and overall guest experience. The video highlights the property’s setting above Frenchman Bay, its proximity to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor, and the calm, inviting atmosphere guests can expect during their stay. In addition to video, we delivered a library of polished, high-quality images that reflect the same story and can be used seamlessly across the hotel’s website, social media, email marketing, and digital paid advertising. Together, the updated visuals give the Bayview Hotel a stronger first impression and a cohesive content foundation across all marketing channels.
