Translating to “waterfall of the Gods,” Goðafoss (GO-thuh-foss) is one of Iceland’s most well known waterfalls. This spot is truly epic, and I couldn’t stop taking photos. I felt most connected to this long exposure image, that reveals the smooth motion of the blue water in the middle of a stark white landscape. If you take a closer look, you’ll notice that parts of the waterfall were freezing as it fell over the edge, due to Iceland’s extreme cold winter temperatures.
